We pride ourselves on ‘UNRUSHED CARE’
Carons Care Line
We offer many different types of care and believe that flexibility is required when offering a care service.

Welcome to Caron’s Care Line Ltd

We understand that more and more people, nowadays, are turning to support and assistance within their own home, if and when the time arrives, rather than in a care home or establishment. You may not realise that even people diagnosed with debilitating conditions or illnesses have a high chance of remaining in their own home, if a company like ours is put in place to make that happen.

This promotes independence, dignity, whilst remaining within a familiar environment…that can only be a good thing!

So with that in mind…

We are a small care company based in Codford, Wiltshire, offering a daily/nightly personal care and respite service to the Elderly, within their own home, in the Wylye Valley and surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves on ‘UNRUSHED CARE’, which is why we don’t do 15 minute calls to visit a person using our services.

If you have a relative, a friend, or know of someone that could benefit from a small or large amount of daily support within their home then, please don’t be afraid to contact us for a totally no obligation advice service on what you think you or this person might require… unrushed, just how we like it.

Feedback from our clients

Caron and her team have been operating a care service to local people in the Codford area. I have shared the care of several patients with her. I found her professional in her dealings with the service users and their relatives. Extremely competent in assessing the needs of the service users and reliable in the services offered. I have no reservations in recommending CCLCA to anyone. - Dr John

A week before my mother passed away my sister had to call an emergency doctor.2 came out and whilst the younger one did all the examination and test the older one said, “if this is the care provided for an elderly, this is what I would like to have and I will book CCLCA now”.Without Caron and her team we would not have been able to keep my mother Wendy in her own home. – Peter
My father had a minor heart attack and was advised to have a bed rest, sadly he past away end of June. My mother then was also under the care of CCLCA at that time and a 24/7 care was required following 2 minor strokes in December and was bed bound. My mother did not want anything but Caron and her team make sure that she was both confortable and contented. Each carer brought something different to each shift and mother became fond of each and everyone of them. – Peter
I would recommend Caron’s Care Lone to anyone. Over the past years we have employed several different agencies and private carers to help my mother – but I can honestly say that CCLCA goes the extra mile to ensure that all clients are provided with the top quality service. An example, when they purchased baby alarms so that my mother could be heard when carers were downstairs. They liaised with doctors, nurses; day centres and transport in a competent manner always ensuring my mother’s best interest were at heart. – Robin
On behalf of Susan’s family, thank you and to your close knit team for everything that was done in the last 18 months to ensure that Susan’s care and welfare was the best possible. It was fitting that you were with me when she died and I am indebted to you for waking me up, as you said you would, so that I was with her when she died. Thank you. – James
I have already recommended CCLCA to my local social services carers group. CCLCA understands the need of familiarity and consistency. Caron Merchant sets standards and are upheld by the team and confident in the service they offer.
Caron Merchant is very much a ‘hands on’ proprietor – she performs the initial assessments and ensures that there is continuity of care even if the carers are different. This is typical of the extra mile that CCLCA seems to go. Their records are extremely well thought out and allow the family an immediate feel for what has happened during the visit. What really makes CCLCA stand out in my opinion was the love and attention that was shown to my mother in the final few days of her terminal illness. Ensuring that my mother felt protected, comforted and peaceful as well as providing all the personal care she needed. As a local GP and confirmed by my experience CCLCA is a prime provider of in-home-care for several patients.

A big thank you to you and your girls for all the help and care, given to my sister Eve over the last few years. We are very grateful and would certainly recommend you all to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one both personally and medically.

Social Care Commitment

The Social Care Commitment is the adult social care sector’s promise to provide people who need care and support with high quality services.

It is a Department of Health initiative that has been developed by the sector, so it is fit for purpose and makes a real difference to those who sign up. Made up of seven statements, with associated ‘I will’ tasks that address the minimum standards required when working in care, the commitment aims to both increase public confidence in the care sector and raise workforce quality in adult social care.
